RESERVATION / PAYMENT / CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tariffs
All tariffs are quoted in US Dollars on a full board basis (3 meals). Additional services taken eg meals, drinks will be charged at ruling rates and need to be paid for, before departure from the camp / lodge.
Child Policy
Children below 5 years are accommodated free of charge. Children between the age of 5-12 years pay half price and count as a half for minimum numbers when sharing with an adult. Children above the age of 12 are considered adults and pay full rates.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 10% is required on confirmation of your booking and full payment at least 30 days before arrival. Failure to adhere to these conditions, may result in the booking not able to be honoured by G&C Tours Ltd.
If the booking is cancelled within 90 days of arrival date the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment can be made in US Dollars or local currency (Ugandan Shillings) at the exchange rate ruling on the day of payment.
Cancellation and 'no show'
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (collectively known as a CANCELLATION) are subject to cancellation and “no show” fees payable at the discretion of the company under the following terms:
- 90-30 days prior to arrival date 10% cancellation fee will be charged
- 30 – 15 days prior to arrival date 25% cancellation fee will be charged
- 3-14 days prior to arrival date 35% cancellation fee will be charged
- Less than 3 days prior to arrival date 100% cancellation fee will be charged
In all cases cancellations are only accepted when received in writing at the Entebbe G&C Tours Ltd reservations office

Check out time is 10.00am unless otherwise agreed with the lodge / camp management.
Government Taxes
Should the Government of Uganda increase or institute new taxes we reserve the right to alter prices accordingly to cater for this
