INTRODUCTION TO EXCLUSIVE CAMPS AND LODGES, UGANDA Established in 2005 each camp or lodge within the 'group', whilst having it's own style, has been developed with the same ethos in mind where we concentrate on service and offer an exceptional safari experience to our discerning guests. The location of each establishment has been carefully selected, and each has been designed to be eco-friendly; built in such a way to minimise the impact or 'footprint' on the surrounding area. Environmental Impact studies have been undertaken during the development stages, in order to build and run the camps/lodge within acceptable levels. We construct using local materials, with minimal impact on our surroundings, and utilise locally grown foodstuffs in order to support the community. Our camps are small, between four and ten rooms, giving our guests a feeling of exclusivity, and our friendly staff go out of their way to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay. BUHOMA LODGE This lodge, one of only two located inside the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, is on the edge of the forest, offering spectacular views of the forest, and is only a short walk to the starting point for gorilla tracking. Its peaceful location means that you may truly relax after your tracking experience, and listen to the birds and primates in the forest. Each of the cottages have their own private veranda and are self contained with shower, flushing toilet and basin. 	ISHASHA WILDERNESS CAMP With the backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains to the north and the Virunga volcanoes to the south, there are few places on earth to rival the scenery in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. Our exclusive tented camp is located on the Ntungwe river within the southern Ishasha sector of the park - an idyllic retreat for people who truly enjoy the wilderness. Large herds of elephant, buffalo, Uganda kob and topi are often seen, as well as 'tree-climbing' lions. PLATINUM MOBILE CAMPING For guests that require total privacy and a fully outfitted safari camp then our Platinum Mobile Camping safari is the answer. We cater for groups of up to sixteen guests where total comfort is guaranteed in our large airy tents with en-suite flushing toilets and warm bush showers. Each bedroom is well furnished with double or twin beds. A dining tent with lounge annex provides a central area for guests to gather for meals and to relax. A well stocked bar is naturally included.
